About
Sally Gilbert-Lewien LMT, SRT
Sally has spent the past over 20 years teaching and treating people in pain.
She graduated from an 815.5 hour massage certification program at Denver school of Massage Therapy in 2005. Two years into her massage career, Sally was introduced to Spinal Reflex Therapy and the world of neuroscience. This changed her life and her business. For the past 18 years, she has been taking advanced classes in neurology, massage, lymphatic drainage, neuromuscular therapy, and ergonomics with a specialization in spinal care from the Spinal Reflex Institute in Durango, Co and the American Posture Institute in Nevada. As well as specializing in Lymphatics and scar tissue through Chikly Institiute. With this, she has developed a highly effective scientific-based treatment protocol to address chronic pain and its relationship to soft tissue, posture, ergonomics, and habitual holding patterns. This has lead to the treatment of many failed and unresolved cases.
Sally loves to teach and empower her clients to take an active roll in their health and recovery. She now travels, speaking and teaching world wide with a home base still in CO. If Sally is not treating or teaching you will find her on top of a mountain somewhere, leading 4x4 trips and introducing people to the healing benefits of being in nature.
"Each one of us possess the ability to heal our bodies, sometimes we just need a little guidance. That is what I am here for. I will listen, assess and develop an individual program to fit your needs."
